I don't think I could've carried on breastfeeding without these! Silver is naturally healing and in the beginning I found breastfeeding very sore and painful, as soon as I started wearing these before and after feeds the skin on my nipple healed dramatically, and therefore removing the pain on the next feed. Make sure the ones you purchase are 100% 999 Silver and medical grade. I've hyperlinked the ones I used here.

If you're new to homeopathy, it's a medical system that was developed more than 200 years ago. It's based on two theories: “Like cures like”—the notion that a disease can be cured by a substance that produces similar symptoms in healthy people. I use homeopathy as its a side effect free option to treat you and your baby, we don't use conventional pharmaceuticals so homeopathy was the perfect discovery for us as a family. I used Phytolacca 200c 3 times a day for 3 days only when I experienced painful lumpy breasts/blocked milk ducts or blistering. This saved me in the early breastfeeding days! If you'd like to know more about homeopathy, I'd suggest following Lisa on IG, she is great for helping you understand which remedy you need for which symptoms you're experiencing.

Perfect for underneath tops or worn alone (weather dependent) very easy to breastfeed in, they clip open and close at the top! Great in the early days when you just need something to throw on that's easy to feed in.

If you're breastfeeding you'll know you need to keep hydrated and you'll probably feel thirstier than usual too! I bought two of these and kept them filled upstairs and downstairs as the moment baby latches on the thirst is unreal. This is a nice generous 1.5L size too so no need to refill too regularly. Also it's glass too, so no BPA, LEAD OR PVC to contaminate the water!

When I first began breastfeeding I found the idea of pumping quite daunting. I also found it incredibly daunting to choose a breast pump. There's so many, with lots of different features and I really didn't know what I was looking for. After many recommendations, I found this pump to be the perfect fit. The strong suction gets the milk out efficiently and without any discomfort. The milk pumps straight into a bottle so no need to transfer. It's cordless so no need to sit next to a socket, but you do have to hold it in place, which I didn't mind as I found the cordless brand Elvie not very good at all. I found Elvie to spill the milk every time I transferred to a bottle and the suction was just not enough to extract much milk, so you'd end up spending ages pumping.

I remember when I came down with the flu and my supply completely dropped, I felt extremely sad and concerned with what to do. I exclusively breastfeed so at the time I remember feeling really worried about my son's milk intake. The best thing I did was stay hydrated and after a few days my supply was back to normal. Best forms of hydration that are higher than water are: bone broth, pure coconut water, raw milk (goat/sheep/cow etc), melon, oysters, mango, kefir and yoghurt from raw milk. I also occasionally take Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle supplements when I feel my supply is lower than usual, these work a charm!

These were game changing for me. Ideal for engorgement or lumps or breastfeeding pains of any kind! Pop in the microwave for a few seconds, place in your bra and soothe the breast before feeding. This warms up the milk and softens the let down. Once finished nursing, take one out of the freezer and place in your bra to cool any raw skin on the nipple and reduce swelling. They feel amazing.
